The Challenge
This large corner property took hours of hose-dragging every week — yet the lawn still had brown patches and the beds swung between soggy and dry. The owners wanted the whole property watered correctly with no daily effort.
Our Approach
After pressure and flow testing, we split the property into lawn, bed, and tree zones: matched-precipitation rotors for turf, drip lines for every bed, and a weather-aware controller with rain shutoff. The owners now adjust everything from a phone app.
