Project Overview
The Challenge
Years of one-off fixes had left this property disjointed: a struggling lawn, beds in odd places, no usable paths, and hand-watering everything. The owners asked for one coherent design that tied the whole property together and cut weekly upkeep.
Our Approach
We drew a master plan first: regraded lawn areas, new bed lines with clear edges, a connecting path system, layered plantings, and zoned irrigation throughout. Built in planned phases, every part works with the others — and maintenance dropped sharply.
- Services: Design, Planting, Hardscape & Irrigation
- Scope: master plan, lawn rebuild, beds, paths, watering
- Care plan: quarterly maintenance with seasonal tune-ups

Client Feedback
“It finally feels like one garden.”
— Samuel Okoye, Residential Client. Phased over two seasons, the property now reads as a single designed landscape.
