The Challenge
Compacted soil, shade from two mature trees, and years of short mowing had left this front lawn thin and weedy. The owners didn’t want new sod — they wanted their existing lawn brought back properly.

We soil-tested, core-aerated, top-dressed, and overseeded with a shade-tolerant blend, then set a feeding and watering schedule. Follow-up visits tracked germination and filled any thin spots the next season.
